Your plan

Your plan starts with you.

Answer a few questions. Your AI coach builds a real program from your answers, your equipment and your week.

Tell it your goal

What you want, how much experience you have, and any injury or limit it should work around.

Tell it what you have

A full gym, a building fitness center or a pair of dumbbells at home. It only uses what you have.

Tell it your week

How many days you can train and how long you've got. Twenty minutes counts.

Get today's workout

Every movement comes with video and written steps, so you always know what to do.

Every day

It changes when your day changes.

Most plans break the first time life gets in the way. This one bends.

Check in, and it adjusts

Slept badly? Today eases off. In a hotel gym all week? Your plan uses what's there until you're home. Shoulder bothering you? It works around it.

Your wearable, if you want

Connect Apple Health or Health Connect, and your SwipeHealth coach uses that data to fine-tune your plan. It's optional. Your plan works fine without one.

Missed a few days? Start again.

Your AI coach notices and eases you back in. No penalty and no starting over.

Every change comes with a reason

It tells you what changed and why, in plain English. Ask it anything during your workout, too.

The people behind it

Built by trainers. Backed by research.

An AI coach is only as good as the program behind it. Ours comes from people who coach for a living.

Doctors of health science and certified trainers

The programming was built by doctors of health science and certified personal trainers.

1,200+ academic journals

The training methods are grounded in research from more than 1,200 academic journals.

Your injuries come first

Tell your AI coach about an injury or limit. It builds around it every day until you say you're ready.

For trainers

Trainers stay in charge.

When a trainer works with you, the AI coach works for them.

Approve each change

Trainers can review and approve plan changes before they reach a client.

Or let the AI coach handle it

For clients who need less hands-on time, trainers can let the AI coach make changes and check in when they want.

The relationship stays theirs

Trainers keep coaching. The AI coach keeps the plan running between sessions.

Who sees what

Your building or employer never sees your workouts.

Organizations see how the program is used. Practitioners see only what you choose to share with them.

Organizations see the group, never the person's health

Buildings, gyms, clinics and employers see anonymous totals: how many people joined, how many are active and how the group is trending. Groups smaller than 10 aren't shown. They never see a member's workouts, health data or wearable data.

Practitioners see what you share

Nothing is shared until you say yes, and you can stop sharing any time. What a practitioner sees depends on their role:

  • Trainers see your workouts, consistency and progress, add notes, and adjust your program.
  • Dietitians see your training week and consistency, so their advice fits the work you're doing.
  • Doctors and clinics see your consistency, progress and past sessions between visits, and add notes before your next appointment.
