How to pay
Wellness stipend or LSA
Pay at checkout with your wellness stipend or LSA card. No card? Pay with your own card, then send your receipt to your benefits provider to get paid back. Fitness is one of the most common uses for these funds. We email you a dated, itemized receipt after every charge.
HSA or FSA card
Open the plan screen in the app and tap "Pay with HSA/FSA" at the bottom. Pay for the annual plan, $119.99 a year, with your HSA or FSA card. Most plans ask for a letter of medical necessity, and we cover the cost of getting yours.
Can I use HSA or FSA money for SwipeHealth?
It depends on your plan. Many plans need a letter of medical necessity before they pay for fitness. When you pay with HSA/FSA, you get one at no extra cost.
Your plan decides what counts, so check with it if you're not sure. Keep your receipt for your records.
Is there a free trial?
The 7-day free trial comes with the annual plan when you pay by card in the app. HSA and FSA payments start right away, with no trial.
