People aren't quitting because they're lazy. They're quitting because those plans don't fit their actual lives.

About

I'm the founder and CEO of SwipeHealth. We build workout plans that change when your week changes, with a plain-English reason for every change. I live in Austin, I lecture at the UT Austin McCombs School of Business, and I'm publishing a textbook with Kogan Page.

Before SwipeHealth, I spent about ten years running an influencer marketing agency. I'm also the past president of a local not-for-profit in Austin, and I still serve on its board.

I didn't earn the certifications above to take on one-on-one clients. I earned them so I know enough to question our tools, catch mistakes and ask better questions. Our team has people with much deeper expertise than mine, and that's how it should be. I use SwipeHealth myself. Over the last year I've lost 40 pounds, mostly by eating better and walking more.
