Service Documentation: Fair Use Limits
Version 1.1 (24 September 2026). Part of the Documentation referenced by the Swipe Health, Inc. Master Subscription Agreement Section 2.6. Updated from time to time.
1. What this document is
This is the published fair-use limits page the Agreement's fair-use clause points at. It states the limits Swipe Health may apply to keep the Service available and responsive for everyone. The Agreement defines "Documentation" as SwipeHealth's usage documentation for the Service as of the Order Date of the applicable Order Form, so the version of this page current on that date is the one that attaches to that order.
Fair use limits apply to each feature of the Service as published here, as updated from time to time. Swipe Health may publish limits for additional features as those features become generally available.
2. Published limits
| Feature | Limit | What happens at the limit |
|---|---|---|
| Member coach chat | 750 messages per Member per calendar month | Access is not cut off. The Member continues at up to 25 messages per day for the rest of that month. |
| Wearable and health-platform sync | 48 syncs per connected account per day | Additional syncs are queued and processed in the next available window. |
These limits are set well above observed use. They exist to catch scripted or abusive use, not to ration normal use.
3. How the limits are applied
Swipe Health may apply these limits. Applying them is a right, not an automatic control. Where a limit is applied, it is applied equally to comparable users, and it will not be used to materially reduce the ordinary value of the Service.
Swipe Health may measure usage against these limits and will contact a customer before applying a limit in a way that would affect a material number of that customer's Members.
4. Features with no published limit
A feature that is not listed in Section 2 has no published fair-use limit. The absence of a limit is not a commitment about that feature's availability, scope, or release, and the listing of a limit is not a representation that any feature exists beyond those named in Section 2.
