Subprocessors

Swipe Health, Inc. ("SwipeHealth") uses the third-party service providers listed below to deliver the SwipeHealth app and the SwipeHealth partner portal. Each provider processes personal data under a written agreement and only for the function shown. Meta, TikTok and Google Ads also use the website and sign-up data they receive under their own terms, as our Privacy Policy explains. No provider on this list is permitted to use member health data or coaching conversations to train or improve machine-learning models, and SwipeHealth does not sell member health data. Our website's advertising pixels, and how to opt out of them, are described in our Privacy Policy.
We will update this page at least 30 days before adding a new subprocessor that will process member data. Partner organizations that have a Data Processing Addendum with us may subscribe to change notices by emailing support@swipehealth.ai.

Platform services
Apple Inc. (App Store, Apple Push Notification service), Google LLC (Google Play, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Analytics for swipehealth.ai) and Expo (650 Industries, Inc.) deliver the app, its updates and push notifications. They receive device push tokens, app version and platform, and, for the website, aggregated pseudonymous traffic data.
Billing (consumer accounts only)
Stripe, Inc. (web subscription payments; card details are tokenized and never stored by SwipeHealth), RevenueCat, Inc. (in-app subscription management), Flex (HSA and FSA card payments) and the Apple and Google app stores process data only for members who purchase a subscription directly. We never charge members for a sponsored membership, and their data is sent to these providers only if they also buy a subscription themselves.
Partner organizations
If your access to SwipeHealth is sponsored by an organization (such as an employer, residential community, or fitness-facility operator), that organization can see your name, email address and membership status, and aggregate, de-identified activity reporting about its program, reported in groups of ten or more members, that never includes data from Apple Health, Health Connect or any wearable or connected device. It does not receive your individual workout, health, or coaching data. See Section 8A of our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy for details.
