Facility Dashboard Reports

This page describes the facility reports in the SwipeHealth partner dashboard. It is part of the Documentation referenced by the Facility Services Statement of Work (Schedule D-1), Section 3.3.
What a facility's Administrators see
Administrators see the sponsorship and billing counts described in the Agreement, and reports about the Members at each Location. Reports are grouped, not individual.
Monthly reports
Today the partner dashboard shows the following reports, by month.

SwipeHealth may add, change, or withdraw reports.
The minimum group size is 10
Every figure in a facility report meets a minimum group size of 10 Members (the Suppression Floor).
Some figures count Members who did something and leave out Members who did not, for example Members active in the month. A figure like that is shown only when both groups have at least 10 Members: the Members counted and the Members not counted. If either group is smaller than 10, the figure is not shown.
A Location with few activated Members will see fewer figures. Reports are designed so that no figure reveals an individual Member's activity.
What reports do not include
Facility reports do not show an individual Member's workout, health, or coaching data. Assessment reports a Trainer uploads for a Member are never shown in the partner dashboard.
About this version
This page describes the Service. It does not add to or change the Agreement or the Facility Services SOW. If this page and either of them differ, the Agreement and the SOW govern.
SwipeHealth may update this page. Each update is published as a new version with its own number and date. The version in effect on the Order Date of an Order Form is the one that applies to that order.
